55r reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a Player's relationship with the platform. This may include a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of verification. 55r will not process withdrawals to any payment method not registered in the Player's verified name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 55r reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests may only be directed to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on the same account.

Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted stake, or voided at the platform's election.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 55r are subject to individual wagering requirements as communicated at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to completion of wagering requirements.

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Players who are found to have claimed a welcome bonus more than once — including through the use of duplicate accounts — will have the bonus and all associated winnings voided. Unless a specific expiry is stated in the offer, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements will be removed from the account upon expiry without compensation.

55r reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is actively completing its wagering requirements, the Player will be permitted to complete the requirements against the terms in place at the time of opt-in.

55r provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. A Player who elects permanent self-exclusion will have their account closed. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. 55r accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, provided that any real-money balance held in a Player's account at the time of an outage is preserved and accessible upon restoration of service.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 55r accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you may close your account by contacting 55r support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account decision, the Player should first contact 55r support at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. 55r will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours (BST) and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days. All decisions made by 55r following a good-faith review of a dispute are final.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between 55r and the Player with respect to the use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
